YOGA RETREATS

Winter Yoga and Herbalism Retreat, 12-14 July, Tulbagh

Join The Wild Love as we dive deep into our inner seasons during this cosy winter retreat.
This weekend combines yoga and the wonderful world of plants to create the perfect healing getaway this winter.
We will make our own folk medicine in the form of tinctures, teas and smudge sticks. There will be gentle yoga each day and a beautiful live music sound journey on Saturday evening. In between activities there will be plenty of free time to rest and relax.
What to expect:
- Heartfelt connections in front of a roaring fire
-Music medicine to inspire and open hearts
- Elemental yoga connecting breath and body
- Delicious organic meals to keep you nourished throughout
- Learn about the medicinal properties of the wild plants grown on the farm
- Create your own tinctures, teas and herbal smoke medicine
- Sharing, connecting, breathing, dancing, laughing and heart opening
This is going to be an incredible 3 days of getting in touch with nature, while being accommodated in a beautiful private farmhouse
